Team 0265 · Challenge 1 · judged 1 to 7 · not a connection offer

How this scores.

The win is a 7 on each line of the sheet. A 7 is not printed unless the thing on the line is true. Pitch day is Friday 30 October, 1:00 to 5:00. Five minutes: two on the demo, two on the conversations and what changed, one on what happens next.

Open the demo Type Kemps Creek. Then type a street we have not opened. A miss stays blank.

The five lines

Customer evidence · 4, not 7 One recorded sit-down with Thomas Friberg, 18 December 2025, plus the 14 October 2026 slides. The page changed because of it: New South Wales, not a Western Australia hot take; a blank buyer stays blank; no megawatts invented from area. A 7 needs structured conversations with lots of customers, and the product changed because of them. This week’s recordings and a memorandum of understanding are not on this page, because they are not in hand. Product market fit · 5 The user is the person who has to notice a land deal before the capacity letter. The pain is his: if the station still has room, a cable is cheaper, and if the network is already building the fix, it is not a lead. The screen shows that job. It does not yet have someone who has said they want it tomorrow. Does the prototype work · 6 It is not slides. The sorts run. An unforeseen place returns a blank, not a made-up card. A 7 would run a brand-new lot through the cadastre and the planning table live, in front of the judges, without us editing the page. Does it address the challenge · 6 Challenge 1 is the lead: who took the land, whether the station is already short, and whether we are still before the letter. The same test fits any network that publishes a planning table and a parcel point. Only Endeavour in New South Wales has been run. Is it technically sound · 6 It is deployed. A station is named only from an official lot centroid or address point inside the 2023 supply polygon, then read against Endeavour’s 2025 planning table. A buyer is named only if the company existed before settlement and a second record names that company on that land. A 7 is this, repeated on a lot we have not prepared.
